Prices, discounts and return terms change. When we get something wrong, this is how it gets fixed.

Report an error

Write to support@thegearadvisor.com with the page address and what is wrong. A link to the brand's page showing the correct information helps.

What happens next

1. We check the claim against the brand's official page.
2. If the guide is wrong, we correct it, update the price-check date, and note the change in the update log at the bottom of the guide.
3. If the brand's page changed after we published, we update the guide the same way.
4. We reply to tell you what we did.

What we correct

Prices, discounts, shipping, return and money-back terms, product specifications, and anything that misstates what a brand says. Scores and rankings are editorial decisions and are revisited when the facts behind them change.
